|Recommended: YesQuiet, very nice apartment homes — We have three children so it is nice to not have neighbors playing loud music or partying all night. The fitness center is just perfect The parks are very nice and the apartment is more of a house so it is perfect for us

|Recommended: YesIt’s a decent place to live for now — The maintenance staff are very friendly and try to fix things as quickly as possible. The amenities would be nice if they were actually available. It is disappointing paying for something you can’t use like the gym, office Lounge, and pool especially during the hot summer months . There is no tennis court which is advertised as having. Also a big disappointment for a tennis player such as myself. The dog park and kids parks is a nice little addition, great for meeting neighbors and making new friends. The units are decent but outdated and in need of some maintenance and updating mainly in the bathroom and kitchen area’s. The units have a lot of closets and storage areas which is very nice to have with all the army stuff that gets collected. Wish they would offer larger fenced in backyard for everyone not just certain units, I think it would make the overall property look nicer. Overall it’s a nice place to live for the time being.

|Recommended: YesNicest option in the general area — Nice and quiet neighborhood. Homes could really all use remodeling, but for the town of Leesville it is one of the nicest apartment complexes. Maintenance and staff are very nice and helpful.

|Recommended: YesOur apartment is lovely and cozy — The quality of the Timber Ridge apartments is as good as or better than any other housing accommodations I've had in the past The staff is friendly and prompt in answering questions, and everything functions properly in our unit. We never hear our neighbor, and he has confirmed that he never hears us either - a huge plus since we share a wall. The amenities and community members here really make this a great place to live

With the time lines changing of my move in and everything with the hurricane the staff have been really really helpful and understanding. They will work with you to the best of their ability even with no power. They will take care of the residence like no other.
