|Recommended: YesHousing — We recently just moved in and this place is absolutely beautiful. We had a few work orders that needed to be done and the maintenance team was quick and got them done in no time. The property staff is very welcoming and just so kind. The sweetest ladies in the office. The noise level is absolutely perfect. You don’t really hear your neighbors, there is not really a lot of noise at night when it’s bedtime which is perfect. All in all I would definitely recommend living here.

|Recommended: NoWe’ve lived here since Nov 2023. We were told the apartment was “upgraded”. That was a lie. The main things are the fridge is small, like college dorm room small. And it’s probably the cheapest one they could find. They provide washer and dryer, sounds great right Until you run the washer for the first time and mold mildew goes everywhere because they didn’t even attempt to clean it. Previous renter had a dog. How do I know Because there is dog hair in every corner of the house. Even the drawers in the kitchen are tiny, you can’t even use a silverware tray. For 1000 a month, you would think they could afford someone to clean the apartment before moving the next person in.

The staff is very nice and helpful and the maintenance crew gets things done quickly Area is great and safe for non military and military members I would 100 recommend living here
