On the entry level, the first bedroom has a king and a twin bed and a 17" tv with dvd. The 2nd bedroom has a queen bed and another 17" tv with dvd. Upstairs on the living level, is the master bedroom with an eastern king bed. The master has an additional marble gas fireplace, balcony, alcove, stereo with surrond sound, and 25"tv/dvd. On the top floor, the loft has 2 sets of bunk beds and a 21" tv with dvd/vcr.

Three level townhome. Entry level has two bdrms, full bath, and washer/dryer, and attached 2 car garage. The 2nd level has living area with gas fireplace, large deck with charcoal barbeque, dining room, kitchen with granite countertops and newer appliances, master bedroom, and full bath. A 3/4 bath is between 2nd and 3rd floor loft.
