| The upstairs (living level) bedroom has a new queen bed and a full bath with a newly re-modeled walk in tile shower. The downstairs master bedroom has an Eastern king bed, tv/vcr, and another new walk in tile shower. There is also a queen bedroom with another tv/vcr and a fourth smaller bedroom with 2 sets of bunks (suitable for children only). The latter bedrooms share a hall bath, also recently re-done. | Large condo with high ceilings and lots of windows, many with views of Mammoth Mountain. Two levels. Upstairs- Kitchen, living area, balcony, bedroom, and full bath. Downstairs- 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, and washer/dryer. |

| Mammoth mountain views throughout the condo. The property has a year round spa and a pool which is open from June through September. Parking in NOT assigned and is limited to 2 cars on a first come, first served basis. Extra vehicles are NEVER permitted and are routinely towed by the property management upon discovery! | Fully equipped kitchen with newly refaced cabinets and new countertops in 2006. Gas fireplace and gas stove in kitchen. The living area has a tv, dvd, and vcr. Additional tv/vcrs in 2 of the bedrooms. The dining room table seats 6, the bar 3. BBQ on deck.
