The upstairs (living level) bedroom has a new queen bed and a full bath with a newly re-modeled walk in tile shower. The downstairs master bedroom has an Eastern king bed, tv/vcr, and another new walk in tile shower. There is also a queen bedroom with another tv/vcr and a fourth smaller bedroom with 2 sets of bunks (suitable for children only). The latter bedrooms share a hall bath, also recently re-done.

Large condo with high ceilings and lots of windows, many with views of Mammoth Mountain. Two levels. Upstairs- Kitchen, living area, balcony, bedroom, and full bath. Downstairs- 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, and washer/dryer.

Mammoth mountain views throughout the condo. The property has a year round spa and a pool which is open from June through September. Parking in NOT assigned and is limited to 2 cars on a first come, first served basis. Extra vehicles are NEVER permitted and are routinely towed by the property management upon discovery!	Fully equipped kitchen with newly refaced cabinets and new countertops in 2006. Gas fireplace and gas stove in kitchen. The living area has a tv, dvd, and vcr. Additional tv/vcrs in 2 of the bedrooms. The dining room table seats 6, the bar 3. BBQ on deck. Direct phone in condo, free wireless internet.
